Oh good studies.. I especially like the painterly look of the shading. =D Nice sense of form with the black and gray on the second page as well.

Nice! I have to ask, what media do you use for the colours? I'd like to try something like that. Is it watercolour?

No, actually I used a combination of watersoluble pens and brush pens. I then used refilable brush pens with either pure water or very dilute ink, to bleed the colours causing the watercolour look. If you'd like to know exactly pens I'll go find the brand names and model numbers, but they're down stairs right now.
